Submitted resume in response to an advertisement. I was called for a preliminary screening interview with recruiter. Then notified of in person I nterview. Interview was scheduled and went to facility/HQ for interview.
Interviewed with recruiter and then prospective manager.

Asked about my experience and support savvy. I spent the last 30 years training and implementing systems from the ground up, heavily involved in pivotal support implementation for global corporations with glowing reviews for my attention to detail and customer care. During the interview there were several veiled remarks as to my age I.e: “so you are set in your ways eh?”

Entrevista
The interview itself was great, they were very impressed and talking about how excited they were for me to work with them. It is what followed afterwards that seemed very rude and disrespectful. They stated that I would hear within the week about an offer letter in my email and after 3 weeks went by and reaching out to try to talk to multiple people, I received an email sent that stated they decided to go with another candidate.

Very unprofessional process. Applied online and was later contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Recruiter never called. wasted my time. Avoid this company at all costs. Pay is way below market as well.
