Pre-screening interview by someone that was clearly an outsourced recruiter with little to no knowledge of the position. Multiple emals exchanged to schedule a single pre-screen call because recruiter scheduled during a time specifically given as being not available and then was 30 min for scheduled call. Unprofessional and disappointing experience.
