Made it to the second round but ultimately dropped out because of another offer I went with. I assumed there would be 2 more rounds after first was a short 15-30 min phone call about myself. Second was about a 30 min zoom call going into more detail on my experience

A straightforward and respectful process. I met with firm principals and hiring team on a video call, shared my portfolio, explained my previous experience, and discussed responsibilities of the role. Their team quickly followed up with an offer.
