Contactaron conmigo a través de LinkedIn, después tuvimos una breves charla por teléfono donde se concretó otra presencial. En la presencial me hicieron un breve resumen de ZF como empresa y posteriormente pasaron a realizarme preguntas personales para valorar mi perfil. Finalmente, tras la presencial me llamaron para comunicarme su decisión.

First I got a Call from the HR to schedule an interview with the hiring manager.
the next step was an in person interview with hiring manager and the team, I would be working with.
During the interview, a tour of the facility was given as well.

I was very casual and the manager wanted to know more about my past experiences.
The HR questions were very straightforward about experience and salary range.

Entrevista
It was a panel interview with 4 different managers, nothing fancy very casual. Most of it consisted in talking about yourself; situational questions and how do you handle problems and stressful situations. Make sure they know you are a team person and make your research about the company’s values and accomplishments.
