I initially was contacted by an staffing agency that did the initial screening and preliminary interview.
The staffing agency presented and scheduled me to ZF where they arranged for me to be flown in the SC to interview in person with ZF
There was a Panel interview conducted. Three departmental Managers sat in on the interview. The interview was led and conducted by a third party contract employee.

Overall it was good and it was a pleasant experience with the right questions & time given to answer. One of the best interviews I have attended & I got through this a sit was focused only on my resume

2.5 hours. Initially with the direct supervisor and then with team members separately. The first one hour was technical. I was asked to explain about an assembly process with part in hand to test my basic engineering knowledge. The group interview with team members were completely behavioral.
