Unrehearsed video interview, in person interview.
Video interview was easy. In person interview - the manager just sat there and let the lower engineers ask the questions. Did not sound like a fun place to work. They were looking for someone to commit their life to learning how to calibrate transmissions only and made that clear. Did not sound like a position with room to grow.

Describe the difference between an automatic and manual transmission. Describe the difference between velocity and acceleration. Describe centrifugal force. Why do you want to work here. Do you want to commit 5 years to learn how to calibrate transmissions.
