First conversation was very informal and conversational. I liked that it wasn't just the usual question/answer session because it gave me a chance to see their personality and for them to see mine. They were also very transparent in what they were looking for, their timeline, and in how they would be getting back to me. I went into the interview excited about the prospects about the job and left hoping even more that I'd get the job.
