I applied online and quickly got into an interview process with several people, the meeting was very casual and friendly. They asked me about my former experience and how it would be valuable to the project they are working on. I received a mail one week later telling me that they would go with another candidate. No hard feelings though as the HR email was going in details and made sure to let me know that my interview went really well and that it was just a matter of the other candidate's experience fitting more with their needs.
