The interview process was conducted asynchronously. We were provided with a form that contained questions that probed our interest in applying for the role and about ourselves. The questions were creatively prepared to understand the applicant.

3 things I noticed that excite me about YUJ Designs
Decent process. The interviewer was asking basic things. Overall decent experience. But the process is very slow. Took them more than one month to get back to me after the application. I think there are a lot of applicants.

The interview process consists of four distinct levels designed to assess candidates thoroughly:
- Resume and Portfolio Screening: Initial evaluation of submitted materials.
- Technical Interview: Conducted by a senior experience designer to assess skills and design expertise.
- Managerial Interview
- HR Screening and Offer Discussion
