One of the most frustrating interview processes I've ever been through. After the first initial call with an internal recruiter, I was handed off to another recruiter in training. 2 interviews turned into 3, into 4, into 5. At the end, a surprise interview was added with the new CTO. A couple red flags: - Few technical questions were asked, almost all behavior related. - One interview just had a random person that sat in the background with no facial expressions, didn't ask any questions, just sat there to make things awkward. - Web2 CTO trying to interview for a web3 position was interesting. - I didn't interview with anyone that actually owned an NFT, let alone a Yuga asset.
