Two month process--sent in application with background information, took a skills test and waited for results then I was contacted by the department for an interview. Interviewed by two people. They were nice and easygoing. If rejected, you'll just get a letter in the mail a week later. I wish their hiring process was faster. It was a bit irritating to wait so long just to get rejected.
