Firstly I was interviewed by a member of the talent team which was fairly basic screening and then afterwards they left and I was met with a director who tested my hunger to make money.

I was invited in for an interview. It seemed very rushed. I never heard back from them. I had to chase them after a while and received a generic response saying they won’t be proceeding with my application, with no feedback.

I applied through Linkedln, after a couple of days I received an email asking when I was available for a phone interview. I called the day after and after they invited me for the Assessment day taking place few days after.

Why are you looking for a recruitment role?
Assessment day:
We were 12 people, it lasted from 9:30 to 12:30, working in pairs we had to interview each other an find out why we would be good at Recruitment.
Verbal and numerical written test.
Working in pairs we had to present and explain the 3 most important skills of a Recruiter.
Individually write down why you would be good at this role and why you want to work for Your World.
