Straight forward process, I applied and spoke with a recruiter, spoke with a member from leadership, was offered the role. There were lots of questions around my experience within sales including what metrics I have been measured on, how I have previously been coached and responded to that, where I rank myself overall, what I am looking for, where I could use growth, etc. I enjoyed the conversation with both individuals as they knew what they were talking about (including the recruiter), clearly enjoy where they work, and didn't make it easy on me. I did have to prove myself.
