Really quick and easy. Start a conversation and boom you got the job. Two test you take, a spelling on medical terms (really easy) and a typing test you only have to do 35wpm. Sell yourself, its a very chill environment (interview wise) but honestly it seems like a great, fun, experienced filled job but its not and im sure they are breaking some kind of labor laws.....
