The process is the following : 1. phone interview 2. phone interview 3. ... 2nd interview was terrible : another phone interview with few introduction about the position / company and perspective. I was interviewed about how many contacts I had in the TelCo industry while there are no mention of TelCo industry experience on my CV. Clearly, there was no preparation of the interview. Very bad experience. No news since then.
