The interview process included the following steps:
1. Brief phone interview with HR
2. Brief technical phone interview with the Team Leader
3. Full-fledged technical (on-site) interview with the Team Leader
4. Zoom interview with the RnD Manager
5. Zoom interview with the HR
6. Zoom interview the the VP of Engineering
7. Job offer

Entrevista
The recruitment process was very clear from the first moment, I was shown all the steps that included- 1. First technical interview 2. Second technical interview 3. Interview with the R&D director and the VP R&D 4. HR Interview 5. Optional according to the previous steps - an interview with the team The first interview gave me a very positive feeling, which opened with a short presentation about the company and what is the main product that I will develop, it gave a good context. In all the interviews the atmosphere was good, pleasant, nice and professional people. The recruitment process took 3 weeks during which I was updated on all the steps and HR was in communication with me regularly.
