Applied online, selected an interview time and had it on Skype 2 days later. Very relaxed, more of a conversation than formal interview. Questions were based on what was on CV and a few on situations in the classroom.

Entrevista
Applied online and had a skype interview. After a couple days scheduled an interview and talked to the very helpful hiring manager. Took a couple of days to schedule with the tie difference between China and Los Angeles.
