Got an interview about about a week after applying. Friendly and not too formal interview with Chinese and English speaking staff. Gaging skill level, personality and interests.
Got a follow up interview about 2 weeks later with HR staff mostly asking about my interest in the company and the reason behind my application. Got assigned a few helpful people to help me process all the paperwork.
