I applied via email and was called in for an interview with three people. It was an average interview - no tests were done, no samples were required. One of the interviewees sat on their laptop the whole time and didn't make any eye-contact which was really awkward. They asked me my salary expectation and offered me less than I was making at the time, but promised it'd be reviewed within three months.
