I applied and two days later received an email to schedule an phone screening interview. They explained it would follow up with a video conference interview with the hiring manager and then after that an interview with a panel. So three interviews in total which is rough on someone with a job currently, but also they mentioned the start date would be early October. Which again is a tight deadline for someone who has to go through 3 interviews while having a full-time job. It sounded like they wanted a lot of people in this position.
I didn't feel a great connection between the interviewer and myself. It felt a little rushed in a way and after everything I answered they would say "Thank you for sharing that with me". I felt like there was absolutely no room to be nervous. I also don't think the questions were enough to really grasp someone's background and experience. There were no follow up questions in regards to the answers given, it was rigid and followed a strict list of questions.
It was shared what the position would be like in detail and examples but it did not explain what background/experience they were looking for. I felt I had years more than enough experience - especially for it being an entry-level position.
The base salary was listed at $40,000 without any room for growth. It was also reiterated that it would be a high volume type of job that had both daily and monthly quotas that you would work up to meet.
