First interview was in person on my college campus and it was very laid-back. The man and women interviewing me were very young and we just went over my resume and why I wanted the position and why I would be a good fit. I had a second interview over Skype where I spoke to three different people and we had to act out scenarios of calling different businesses and trying to sell them the Yelp service.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
