I applied online, and then a recruiter emailed me for a phone interview. the recruiter asked the same questions that was posted before like ssl , ssh, etc. it was a dummy questions that don't show any skills and I was upset answering these questions. she even asked me "How many binary bits does an octal number takes?". Negative points: 1- After scheduling the interview the recruiter emailed me just 10~5 minutes before the interview to reschedule it 2 hours later, and it was an annoying thing to do, I was really upset. 2- The recruiter didn't even as me if I have any questions or not, she just ended the call.
