First phone interview, practice your cold calling because they will ask you this. If you don't get offered a second interview on the phone call you didn't get it. Second interview was over Skype, met with three managers. The first looked hungover, the second like he still lived at his moms house, and the third was a miss prissy. All were nice but surprisingly unprofessional for a job interview. The first was another cold calling role play where you try to get an appointment. Its very straight forward just don't stutter. The second was a little more intense, you are asked to sell Yelp even though the person doesn't want it. Remember to ask short, stupid questions like, why, why not, how come, etc. Third asks you to name two things you are passionate about and then picks one and you are asked to sell it to them. Remember to use the feedback they gave you in this portion otherwise you fail. Dress casual, ask questions and remember the name and advice of all the interviewers as they following will ask you verbatim what they said. Skype interviews suck, but just look at the camera and not yourself and you'll do great.
