Initial phone interview with recruiter. Pretty basic questions. Then second round had two separate phone interviews with question varying from general office settings to sports related content. The second interview was definitely more related to the job. A lot of sport hypothetical questions were asked as well. They wanted to see how you could explain your idea of sports content.
