Interview was fairly simple. I received an email in regards to a phone interview. During the day of the interview. Atmosphere looked like a call center. Interviewed with 3 different people. it was casual and easy going. Be prepared for role play questions about selling YELP with no training so do your research.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
