I applied online, then made an appointment for a phone screening interview with a recruiter following week. The interviewer was very friendly and kind. Even I couldn't get an offer, it was very positive experience.

Extremely easy interview questions. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and ended up being nearly 1 hour. Was then contacted by the recruiter and was told they would reach out shortly with the next steps. The recruiter then ghosted me for over 1 week before sending me a templated rejection email.

It was a long process. After the initial phone screen, I was moved forward to a video chat with the hiring manager. Then I had an onsite interview with 4 members of the team. A brand manager, community director, copywriter and the hiring manager. Then, I was called to interview with the VP of Commercial Marketing. Took about 5 weeks. It was a great team and had lovely conversations with all of them.
