Interview itself was standard, and the interviewer was polite, but she was busy driving while interviewing me, and glossed over my answers. The questions themselves were standard, but the interviewer appeared distracted and disengaged with the entire process. Additionally, the criteria for this role were incredibly vague, and the interviewer gave generic answers when I asked about the role.

Interviewed for the Community Intern role in Atlanta, good interview and an assessment was given which was easy. The biggest thing is just unsure what exactly they want in a candidate. You could have years in experience, portfolio, and do the assessment great and still get passed over.
