For the initial interview, we engaged in a Zoom meeting with 3-5 staff members. There was a time limit for the interview, which was capped at 40 minutes. The interview was relatively normal, with questions being asked by the members of the staff. Unfortunately, we were unable to fully complete our interview within the 40 minute time-frame. It was then continued on through email and phone calls.
