The hiring manager was nice and very talkative over the phone, but I was disappointed to find out that his enthusiasm dissipated immensely when I didn't meet his standards. Early on, before I had even written any code, one of their male developers jokingly questioned my abilities (one of those jabs disguised as sarcasm) and instead of calling him out, the hiring manager just snickered.
