Entrevista
I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, and afterwards was asked to take a personality test and submit a writing sample based on a prompt. I then had a Skype interview with two members of the Development team.
Overall the interview process was pretty average. No curveball questions.
My only complaint was the amount of time the whole process took. It took a full five weeks from submitting my application to have one short phone interview and one Skype interview. Normally I would not care, as I understand that most companies take a lot of time with the interview process these days, but Year Up goes out of their way to specifically say on their website "We understand your time is valuable. We will respond to you in days, not weeks". Don't make this a tag line on your website if it's not true! Just don't say anything.

Entrevista
The interview process was timely. The entire process took about a month. I was contacted from a recruiter within the week I had applied. I was told to take an online personality assessment, after which I was asked to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter. After the phone interview, I was asked to do two in-person interviews over two weeks. At the first interview, I met my prospective team members. For the second interview, I met the Senior Director of Development as well as other members of the organization. Immediately following the second in-person interview, I was asked to provide three professional references. By the end of the week, I was offered the job!
