Entrevista
I applied via online form (solve some simple tasks) and receive a call after few weeks, where we agreed on skype interview.
It lasted about an hour and there were questions about sort algorithms and java se basic. In the ending I solved some problems in online code editor.
After interview I received home task - it was not very difficult problem, but i failed to test some case and did not receive offer.

Pyramidal sort , Quick sort - features, worst and best case
Stupid algorith tasks at fist and second stage. Impossible test API task on third stage. Then I have not been answered for 3 weeks. And then I received rejection letter.
I was invited for an interview after the test task. Several people attended the interview. The questions and tasks were adequate. Everything went very well. The impressions are most positive. I managed to cope with almost all tasks. Perhaps the software skills did not fit.

Questions are a little harder than standard questions.
The best word to describe the Interview is "Interactive". I was given tasks and had to find the most effective solutions to the problem. Also some general questions were asked to see if i'm an adequate person.
