Fairly straightforward interview. Didn’t understand the specific responsibilities the role would entail - seemed like more beyond the job description, which is fine. I did not hear back from the company for a while.

Applied to the position on Sep 5. Also emailed someone at the company I knew. One month later get a screening interview. Recruiter was 15 minutes late to interview. Over a month later was rejected.

Had an initial screening interview with a HR coordinator. She asked about my work experience and background, and tried to gauge my fit for the job. The interview was smooth and the contact was friendly and on time.
