      Entrevista

      Applied via LinkedIn, and HR reached out within 1–2 days. The panel interview with HR, hiring manager, and finance head went well — mostly a discussion about my background, the company, and the role. The red flags appeared immediately after. The interview was on Tuesday afternoon. By Wednesday morning, HR requested for my education certificate and last payslip, and that same afternoon, presented an offer with an urgent start date (stating the new hire could start work even before all pre-employment checks were completed). The deadline to reply was Friday noon. The offer featured a lower base salary with heavy reliance on variable bonus. HR initially highlighted a 6-month variable bonus (based on prior year), but after clarification, shared that historically, bonuses have also been around 4 months. After a minor negotiation, I sent follow-up questions that night regarding probation, training, WFH flexibility, and their salary review cycle. The next morning, HR rescinded the offer, citing a “mismatch in expectations.” When I followed up for feedback, HR remained vague and declined to elaborate. Offered and rescinded in less than 24 hours. Management demonstrated they could drop a candidate just as quickly as they rushed to hire one, with little transparency, poor due diligence, and weak internal alignment. The process showed a lack of consideration for candidates’ time and effort. Overall, an unreliable and very unprofessional hiring experience. Would not recommend.
