A whole day in-person interview with both individual and technical sides. The individual interview was your typical START method questions. Very orthodox, everything by the book, questions like "who are our competitors" or "tell me about a time when". Quite boring in hindsight. The technical part was a coding challenge in Java that consisted of rearranging the code to make it write "NET A PORTER" and a very weird logical question were you had to choose between an exercise to either arrange some clothes in boxes or do some wine testing. None of these technical tests reflected the candidate's technical skills. Going over the reviews on here and the comments people leave for Net A Porter in every social media profile they have makes me happy about not getting the job as I would not be willing to work for a company that doesn't value their customers one bit
