I was first contacted thru linkedin, by a Modis consulting recruiter then phone screened basic generic phone screen and asked about my non-work coding experience. This was followed by a skype for business call with the recruiter, however we went back to phone as skype for business is not very reliable. Topics were pretty generic. Technical interview the day later with a client of theirs, Yoox.com, here i was asked a whole range of behaviour questions and OOP paradigm questions, however not specifically tied to java but OOP in general.
