Applied online and went for the interview. Took my portfolio on an ipad but was never asked to show it. Also, the managers had no paper with my resume printed out and just asked me casually about my work experience. We got along well and I was genuinely interested in learning from them as they seemed quite experienced. This is junior, so you are supposed to be taught and expect to evolve, not be fully aware of everything. I have a 1-year experience under my belt under big brands but still, believe there is space for more. The test was easy and clear to understand, nobody was willing to tell me if I did well or not, to be honest, everyone seemed afraid to do so in case they were not going ahead with placing the offer. In the end, I got an email 2 weeks after saying I wasn't selected for the role as they had found more suitable candidates. When asked to explain further and give feedback of the interview - for improvement, I got 1 line email from HR saying - we found more suitable candidates. Feels a bit of a waste of time.

The process took about a month total. I applied online and was interviewed within a week. The first interview was a casual conversation to get a feel for each other's personality. I showed my portfolio and discussed some of the retouching techniques I have learned throughout my career. Met with the Retouch Manager and a Team Lead. Great convo, awesome people! I was given a tour of the facility and took a retouching test. Got a second interview within a week. This interview was a little more serious, asking questions about situations and how you would fit into & handle them. Met with Manager again and another Team Lead. Conversation was positive, and they give you a good feel of the day to day and the overall experience of working for NAP. Everything was great and I had a great feeling about the workplace and position. Retouch manager makes you feel very comfortable! I was given an offer the following week, and happily accepted!
