The interview process is really easy and I would say that the interviewer is less strict and it’s more caring, the hiring manager is also less strict when it comes to guiding students the right way.

Short introduction about myself, touched on leadership and volunteering work in CV, talked about strengths and weaknesses. It was a interactive conversation rather than an interrogation. Overall the interview is to gauge if I fit into the company culture.
