      Process too long, not worthy. First you have to do a cover letter, answer like 7 questions and a programming exercise. Then, another, more lengthy questionnaire, and then, if you get pass those you start with the interviews. Just these first 2 stages took about 4 weeks. The first interview which is supposed to "get to know you" it's basically a technical interview which is not cool the fact that they don't tell you beforehand, you go with your head in a totally different mindset. Whenever you go into an interview, especially when it is online, it is crucial to be able to interact with the interviewer, this felt more of a monologue, instead of a "get to know" talk. Also, the interviews are without video, just audio, which makes it ever more impersonal, not only little to no interaction, just one way talking, but also no video. Also, it felt like they try to get people to fit into a very specific box, with little to no diversity. I caught that idea when reading all the glassdoor reviews, that they kind of all say the same. What are the odds of having more than 50 reviews and they all say more or less the same, almost as if it were kind of a rehearsed speech? And in the interview, I got exactly the same answers, same textual words of some of the reviews here. It really makes you distrust the veracity of that speech they promote. I mean, no matter how AMAZING a company is, if all the reviews are from current employees (none of the reviews are from former employees, which are usually the ones that tend to tell the most accurate insight of the company) and no one has ANYTHING remotely similar to a con other than "I don't get to see my peers enough". It really makes you think twice about how accurate these reviews are and the fact that they mimic that same speech in the interviews only reinforces that feeling. As I see it is much like a candidate saying they don't have any flaws, everyone has flaws, including all workplaces.
