Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en YMM Art Space (Markham, ON)
Entrevista
I initially made contact over indeed things seemed to go smoothly. The position was for a remote art teacher but the interview was to be done in person. I thought maybe because showing ones artistic ability on zoom was tough. I e-mailed with management making sure they had received my vaccination record and confirming if I should bring my own supplies to the interview the next day. They said yes. I got a strange e-mail the morning of the interview and e-mailed them back. I later called that morning but no one answered. So I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to the interview. And then waited for 10 minutes in the vestibule as there was no secretary. A teacher eventually saw me and talked to me. He and another teacher looked for the secretary or the principal and found no one. I stood outside for another 10 minutes to see if anyone would show up and instead I got to watch a young couple with two children also be told that the appointment they had made was not being honored. I left frustrated. The secretary e-mailed me an hour after my scheduled interview time and said that they were "still available to do the interview" at the time that had already come and gone. But also claiming that my interview date was a different date that we had never discussed and that the job was not in fact remote at all. These people jerked me around and wasted my time and gas money.
