The hiring managers were normal and professional but as soon as the interviewing process switched over to Human Resources, it went south. Let's just say the lack of knowledge and consistency was the first I have ever encountered - especially coming from someone in a high position. After my meeting with Human Resources, I knew the company was not a right fit for me. What a shame since I had high hopes.
