Very thorough!! The process took over six weeks to complete! At the end... it was the participants in the program that made the final decision. Ultimately it was an excellent process. Both the potential candidate and the agency really got to no the job and people in which they were going to be working with. I had a great experience! I would recommend any new graduate working for this agency. The staff and training is absolutely magnificent

Entrevista
Three weeks after applying, I was called by a HR with an interview date and location. The first part was a group interview. tips_ Make sure you research the company and key points about people with MD.DD & ID. Its good to know the services they provide and the different stages of disabilities (mild to severe). They ask "what would you do questions" keep in mind that the individuals are adults and have the same rights as you and I. The next part was the one on one interview. Its not so bad because they have already know if they are hiring you or not. They discuss availability and salary. I hope this helps.
