Key responsibilities of a business support specialist might include: Administrative tasks: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling expense reports, maintaining filing systems, and managing correspondence. Customer support: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, directing complex problems to appropriate teams, and maintaining customer records.
