After a half-hour phone interview with an administrative assistant, I then had two subsequent one hour phone interviews with the overseeing manager and another manager on a similar level to the one applying for. I then had a face-to-face with the overseeing manager for a couple hours and was asked how I would tackle certain problems and introduced to everyone in the office. HOWEVER, they had someone in line for the position that was in house, so I later felt I was more of a back-up than a genuine candidate after many attempts to contact the employer with no return.
