Once you pass the initial screening, you will meet the HOD (then) where there will be a technical interview. Then you will meet your peers, then an offer will be made. When you join the company, you will be given a brief orientation on the company locations. Do not expect to be spoon fed in this environment. You must be able to hit the ground running and continue running.
