Where is a process interviewed for dock position is pretty easy. They basically want to know if you can work the shifts and times they need if you can be flexible in your shift and if you are comfortable working outside.

They need people. That’s pretty much the basic requirement. Need to be able to drive a forklift or learn to do so. They seems like they would train to drive. The dock is an open air dock, which is an ideal because it’s really hot in the summer.
