      Entrevista

      I was selected for an initial phone screening which seemed fairly straightforward, the interviewer seemed friendly enough and I was selected to move on to the next round of interviews. I was then contacted by a second recruiter who asked me to provide times and dates I would be available for the second interview for the following week. I promptly responded, listing a number of dates and times I would be available. Two days passed and I had received no response, so I sent a follow-up email to confirm. After another day had passed without response, I reached out to the initial recruiter to try and solidify a time slot. Another day and a half goes by and finally I receive a response stating I was removed from consideration from the role because the second recruiter told the first recruiter I never responded to the email. I politely responded stating that I had in fact responded now three times and provided time stamped screen shots of my repeated attempts to reach out, after which I was completely ghosted. A simple "we have decided to move forward with other candidates" would suffice rather than having been lead on a wild goose chase for over a week with no explanation or follow up.

      Hi there, I genuinely apologize for your recent interview experience with us. One of our team principles is to always respect every candidate's time in the process and we wouldn’t ever want anyone to feel like they have to chase us. We had some instances in the past where emails did not reach the recipient. Appreciate you’ve already provided screenshots.
