I submitted my CV through their website. The People Directer of the company then called me asking a few informal questions which was followed by an email inviting me for an interview. The interview wasn't awful, but the interviewer (the Managing Directer) was very late for the interview. Despite me making the effort to travel to Derby during University exams for the interview, they couldn't be bothered to email me or call me inform me of being unsuccessful in getting the role and provide me with feedback.
