During the interview, he frequently moved on to new questions before I could complete my answers, which made the conversation feel rushed and unstructured. Additionally, the tone of the discussion—especially when asking why I wanted to join—felt more like an interrogation than a professional interaction. Overall, the experience gave me the impression that there may be internal challenges within the organization.
