I first had a phone screening and I was then invited to meet with the country manager for an hour and a half of discussion. Right after I met with the 3 principal consultants. They asked about my background, my motivations, some behavioral questions... The aim was to make sure I was qualified to enter this industry and that I fit with the company culture. After a few I was invited to meet again with the teams.
