I had a disappointing interview experience for an Angular role at Xoriant. From the very beginning, the interview felt unprofessional and rushed. The first interviewer did not introduce himself and seemed disinterested, as if conducting the interview unwillingly. He asked me only a couple of questions, which I answered, but then abruptly handed over the interview to another person without any explanation. The second interviewer also did not introduce himself or ask any follow-up questions. Once he was done, he simply said, "Our HR will call you," and ended the call. I never heard back from anyone after that. There was no proper closure, feedback, or follow-up, which left a very poor impression. Overall, the process lacked basic courtesy and professionalism expected from a reputed company. Please ensure that interviewers introduce themselves, show basic professionalism, and provide some structure or closure to the candidate. A good candidate experience reflects your company culture and values.
